QUOTATION

1. Excavation & Earthworks

- Excavation for pool shell to required dimensions and depths
- Excavation for underground pump room
- Disposal of surplus excavated material
- Compaction and leveling of formation

2. Structural Works

- PCC blinding layer
- Reinforced concrete pool shell including base slab and walls
- Reinforced concrete pump room structure
- Construction of steps/benches as per design
- Waterproof construction joints and expansion joints

3. Waterproofing Works

- Internal waterproofing system (cementitious / membrane-based)
- External waterproofing to pool shell and pump room
- Water tightness testing before finishing works

4. Pool Finishes

- Supply and installation of ceramic / mosaic pool tiles
- Tile adhesive and epoxy grout suitable for pools
- Anti-slip tiles for steps and coping area
- Pool coping stone installation

5. Pool Plumbing & Circulation System

- Supply and installation of:
- Wall-mounted skimmers with baskets
- Main drain with safety grilles
- Inlet nozzles
- Vacuum point
- UPVC piping with valves, fittings, and supports
- Pressure testing of piping system

6. Filtration System

- Pool circulation pump (energy-efficient)
- Sand or cartridge filter with multiport valve
- Backwash and drainage connections
- Balancing valves and gauges
 

7. Pool Electrical Works

- Underwater LED pool lights
- Conduits, junction boxes, and cabling
- Electrical control panel with protection devices
- Earthing and bonding of pool structure
- Connection to main power supply

8. Underground Pump Room Works

- RCC pump room with waterproofing
- Access hatch / ladder
- Ventilation openings or exhaust fan
- Drainage sump and dewatering pump
- Internal lighting and power points
- Mounting of all pool equipment

9. Testing & Commissioning

- Pressure testing of plumbing system
